Fusion System Support

System and operational support after the Oracle Fusion ERP go-live — including error diagnosis, solution testing, and process improvements within the system.

Objective:
To maintain ERP system stability and correctness by providing continuous user support, analyzing incidents, and implementing lasting solutions.

Scope:
➤ Diagnosing and analyzing reported system issues
➤ Correcting data and configurations (e.g., profiles, lookups, structures)
➤ Developing solutions to prevent issue recurrence
➤ Testing changes in UAT environments before production release
➤ Supporting users in handling unusual or edge-case scenarios

Challenges:
➤ Difficulties reproducing issues due to incomplete information
➤ Errors caused by cross-module configuration (e.g., GL ↔ AR)
➤ Need for rapid response during incidents affecting entire teams
➤ Communication between technical teams and business users
